  • Photographs of the packaging, if damaged.

We review each claim individually and will communicate the available resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Reporting an issue within 24 hours helps us investigate promptly. This request does not eliminate any consumer rights that may apply beyond that period.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
