Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 7–15 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Delays
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the stated timeframe, please contact us by email and we'll be happy to check the status of your order.
Returns and Exchanges
As each product is shipped individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit.

- Include a photo or video showing the defect.
- Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.
